BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Dozens of people gathered for the VFW Post 7288 picnic to celebrate their independence this July 4.
According to Frank Richardson, who sent these pictures to WECT via See it, Snap it, Send it, the Calabash VFW Post serves hotdogs, hamburgers and sides every 4th of July.
Since the post is on the waterfront, participants can just pull up a lawn chair after they eat and catch the fireworks display.
What a great way to celebrate!
