Calabash Fire Department begins tearing down building | News
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – It’s out with the old and in with the new for the Calabash Fire Department.
Crews started taking down the building located along Permission Road in Calabash.
Instead of demolishing the facility, crews took parts of the building down in sections.
The fire department recently purchased a plot of land next door and will build a new and larger headquarters from the ground up.
