About $100 worth of items stolen from ambulance on EMS call

SUPPLY, NC (WECT) – According to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, someone stole about $100 worth of items from Brunswick County EMS over the weekend.

The reported theft happened Friday evening in the 2100 block of Lott Street Southwest in Supply. The police report lists 104 items each valued at $1 being taken.

According to the county’s emergency services director Anthony Marzano, it had to do with a jump bag being taken from an ambulance during an EMS call.

The sheriff’s office said no one has been arrested in connection to the larceny.
